This four-volume-publication analyzes the Structural Reforms from different points of view: the protagonist's, who prepared and implemented the reform from the state body itself; and two academics' perspective whom -from the national and international perspectives- clarify context, implementation, and challenges that each of these laws implies. This volume addresses topics about anti-corruption, transparency and education reform.
